At FoodsFactory, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.
Shipping Process:

Orders are processed within 0.5 - 2 hours after confirmation.

Delivery timelines typically range according to the standard food preparation & depending on the location.

You will receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

We currently ship across all major locations in India. For remote or special delivery areas, additional time may be required.
Shipping Charges:

Free shipping is available on select products or on orders above a specified amount.

Standard shipping charges may apply for certain orders and will be displayed at checkout.
Delayed Delivery:

If your order is delayed due to unavoidable circumstances, we will inform you via email or phone.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:
